Cool for breakfast great choice but found everything a bit confused - no one took your room number so we could have got breakfast free without paying for it - but we did pay. So many staff around but no one wanted to take our order.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming continuing to check in with us during out entire stay. The location was perfect offering lots of restaurants. The breakfast and staff in the restaurant were wonderful with a variety of delicious breakfast options. We were very pleased overall with this excellent hotel!

Very nice breakfast, tasty food and kind and professional staff in the restaurant (especially Sonya and Laxmi). Rooms were kept very clean, and a good amount of water was provided. Nice rooftop restaurant with splendid view, good food and pleasant live music.

The rooms are exceptionally big & clean Roof top pool & bar were a big plus.. lovely to cool down after a full day sightseeing in Kathmandu. Watching the sun set with a cold beer in the view of the mountains. Food was excellent & so were the staff

Staff is always so friendly and welcoming. Worked with me to make adjustments for travel schedule. Location is in a nice neighborhood, close to shops and restaurants. Rooftop restaurant is lovely after a long day. Breakfast offerings. Rooms are comfortable.

Excellent breakfast spread. Quality of various food items was optimal. Specific item were also available on order. Ambiance of the dining Hall was great. Overall, we enjoyed the breakfast at Vivanta Kathmandu.

A taj property always known for being clean, self contained and children friendly. it was walking distance to the zoo and to patan durbar (the best by the dusk) Rapchik dosa by chef Chandra Prakash is absolute delight. dinner on the 10th floor is feast for the tummy s as no stunning view of Kathmandu is treat to the eyes. Staff was awesome Ritesh and Albina at main desk and Bibek at Mynt were super friendly. the security guys were always helpful with getting a cab.

I really did like this place, they have several restaurants and lots to spa/workout related amenities, most free but what you paid extra was very reasonable. We stayed 3 nights and then came back for one final night before heading to the airport. Checkin and getting to the rooms was flawless both times even with a full lobby. The rooms were so big and plush. I can't say enough about how friendly the staff was and ready to help. Way to go Vivanta, can't wait to see you again.

Excellent rooms. Very friendly and warm staff. Good food. Clean premises. Exceeded expectations overall. Had a great stay with wife and two kids. Would like to go back there again.

Excellent hospitality ! The reception staff , the chefs , tour driver , all very helpful in their own ways . Everything was taken care of very well . The spa was fantastic too .
